What Private actually changes — and what it doesn't
On any plan, when you use AI features (chat, extraction, insights) your data is sent to third-party AI processors (OpenAI, Google) so they can answer you. They act as our data processors under a Data Processing Agreement and do not train their models on your data. This is the only way the AI features can work and applies to Free and Private alike.
What Private removes is MedThink (us) using your tracked data to develop and improve the product — internal analysis, dataset building, refining baselines, validating experiment templates. On Private, that's off by default and you stay in control.
