1. The service
MedThink is a beta consumer self-tracking application for cognitive measurements and personal experiments, operated by Njurition AB, a company registered in Sweden ("MedThink", "we", "us"). The service is offered worldwide via this website.
1a. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process for paid plans (e.g. MedThink Private) is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a paid plan you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms covering payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics.
1b. Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds
MedThink Private is a monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, your card is charged €4 each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Private features until then.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle — visit paddle.net or contact us and we'll forward the request.
2. Not medical advice
MedThink is not a medical device, not a healthcare service, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The cognitive tests, suggestions, and experiment results shown in the app are informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and before changing any medication, supplement, or treatment.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for your own personal, lawful purposes.
- Do not upload data about other people without their permission.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not use the service to harm yourself or others.
4. Beta status
MedThink is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The application has not yet been independently security-audited. Please only store data you are comfortable being at some risk.
5. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app, which permanently removes all of your data. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security or legal risk.
6. Limitation of liability
MedThink is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
